Office of the Ombudsman

The Mission and Objectives of the Office of the Ombudsman are to provide quality service in an impartial, timely and expeditious manner while investigating complaints by Barbadians or persons residing in Barbados who consider that the conduct of a Government Ministry, Department or Statutory Authority has been unreasonable, improper, inadequate or unjust, thereby ensuring protection of individual rights and liberties against bureaucratic wrongdoing and the effects of maladministration.
